In Kenya, over 85% of our secondary school students lack access to appropriate career information. 62% of college students are pursuing inappropriate careers for their fit. 70% of professionals in the industry are dissatisfied.  Career coaching for teens and young adults is therefore essential yet many schools are not adequately funded, equipped or even staffed for it

This leads to wrong career decisions among students, academic dissatisfaction and frustrations, and high college dropout rates.

The unique nature of our programme is the amalgamation of academic counselling and mentorship with career coaching. Our target market (teenagers and young adults aged 16-28 years) is also unique as most career coaching programmes focus on individuals who are already in the job market
