About Us
We focus on advancing awareness of careers and study options that are open to High School and College students. We provide quality career coaching services and mentorship programmes to teenagers and young adults, enabling them to develop a competitive edge in employability and self-sustenance.
At Ma’Taji Career Development Centre, our primary focus is to give students the structural access to the wide range of reliable career information, and awareness of the career options that exist for them.

Our Services
We offer client centered career programs for students, focusing on advancing career awareness, and equipping them with the skills and information they require to allow them to make lifelong decisions about their career paths
Career Assessment and Advising
This takes three sessions through which clients are assessed on career suitability and accorded informative career advise in relation to their interests, skills, abilities and talents.
The Msingi Programme
Designed to equip high school students with the skills required in making foundations career decisions, the MSINGI programme enables students to attain their set academic goals in preparation for the development into their desired careers.
The KWEA Programme
KWEA is a comprehensive programme that prepares post-secondary students for tertiary education. It’s a five-week intensive curriculum that allows them into career exploration as they prepare to acquire training into their careers of choice.
The DARAJA Programme
Customized for College and University students and graduates, the DARAJA programme equips clients with skills that enhance their employability, and prepares them for the competitive world of work.
